The purpose of the contract is to set up a provident scheme for the staff and agents of the DGAC concerning the risks of death or disability arising on board an aircraft, when boarding or disembarking from it. The services are described in detail in the specifications

The provident scheme applies to the following persons:- DGAC employees who are required to take their seats on board a State aircraft or the National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC), a flying club, a flight school, a rental company or any structure whose vocation is aviation education or training.- DGAC agents who are required to take their place on board an aircraft as part of their duties, and in particular pilots in charge of inspection and control missions, including those holding a microlight pilot's certificate and licence when they carry out flights in microlights.The persons defined above have the status of "Insured" during the period of validity of this contract.The services are described in detail in the specifications
