The Prévert district, geographically located in the north of the town, is part of the urban renewal project of the Quartier de l'avenir. This ambitious project, classified as a site of local interest by the National Agency for Urban Renewal (but without funding from the ANRU) constitutes a development operation of metropolitan interest and its implementation is ensured by Bordeaux Métropole. The project of the district of the future, on the Prévert sector, will allow the rehabilitation of about 300 dwellings, the demolition of at least 136 dwellings, the construction of more than 220 dwellings allowing a diversification of the offer, the construction and the restructuring-extension of public facilities, the restructuring and requalification of public spaces
