The tiling and panel work as well as screed work (ground floor and upper floor) will be put out to tender as part of the construction of a youth centre for the youth training centre of the 1st FC Union Berlin e. V. This new building is divided into two construction phases, component 1 as a two-storey building and component 2 as a single-storey building.
