The extension is to be realized on a site located next to the school, on which there is currently no building rights, so that a change in the development plan and the land use plan is required, which is also to be accompanied by the property planner to be commissioned. In the context of the construction project, there are buildings with monument protection requirements, so that a sensitive inclusion of the extension and coordination with the monument protection authority must be assumed.

The subject matter of this procedure is the services for property planning according to part 3, section 1 service phase 1 to 9 and site planning according to part 2, section 1 HOAI 2021. All basic services as well as special services are to be offered: preparation of the where-used list by the property planner (management of all costs according to funding agency specifications, factual report, etc.), coordination and development of an eligible room program (coordination with funding agency). The planners must prepare a detailed and generally comprehensible building operations folder for the building and the technical systems at the latest at the time of handover. Jour-fix protocols are to be produced as part of the coordination obligation by the property planner and do not represent a particular service. The contractor's participation in explanatory and discussion appointments is included in the basic fee, e.g. appointments with the city council, specialist planners, etc.
