The waste comes from processing mixed municipal waste in a sorting plant equipped with a drum screen, optical separator, ballistic separator and sorting tables.

Reception in the amount of about 900 - 1300 Mg / month during the contract period,

Transport on the side of the Contractor.

Form of waste: bales, loosely possible.

Place of receipt of the subject of the order: exo Agencja Komunalna Sp. z o. o. - Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami, 32-620 Brzeszcze ul. Graniczna 48. from 7:00 to 19:00

Loading the overload fraction on the side of the Employer.

During the performance of the contract, the Employer offers the Contractor selected in the proceedings the possibility of accepting about 100 Mg / month of 191209 waste meeting the storage parameters at a price of PLN 150 / Mg net + VAT.

1. The subject of the order is;

"Collection of up to 2,516 Mg of the oversize fraction from municipal waste segregation

Code 191212 with a heat of combustion of 13-15 MJ / kg. "

2. Period of implementation of the subject of the contract - until 31/12/2019.

3. Total amount of over-sieve fraction to be collected - up to 2516 Mg.

4. Waste comes from processing mixed municipal waste in a sorting plant equipped with a drum screen, optical separator, ballistic separator and sorting tables.

5. Heat of combustion 13 - 15 MJ / kg.

6. The Purchaser may reduce the order by 30% in relation to the total quantity.

7. Receipt in the amount of approximately 900 - 1300 Mg / month during the contract period,

8. Waste collections will be made according to the needs of the Employer upon a written or telephone order for the collection of "waste". An electronic pickup order is allowed.

9. The contractor is obliged to collect the ordered "waste" within 48 hours. from the moment of ordering.

13. Loading of the overload fraction on the side of the Employer.

14. The contractor must have an installation for the management of waste covered by the contract in the process of recovery and have a permit for waste processing or disposal 191212 issued by the relevant authorities.

15. The model Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the ToR is an integral part of this ToR and the provisions contained therein are treated as the terms of the contract.

16. During the performance of the contract, the Employer offers the Contractor selected in the proceedings the possibility of accepting about 100 Mg / month of waste 191209 meeting storage parameters at a price of PLN 150 / Mg net + VAT in the amount applicable on the date of invoice.

17. The rules for the delivery of waste by the Contractor mentioned in item 16 shall be specified in a separate agreement.
