This is a retender of the previous framework agreement under the same name, which was tendered in 2018. This framework will be available to all Educational Establishments who are CPC members https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php and all future members https://www.get-information-schools.service.gov.uk/. The tender is also available for Higher Education institutions via our colleagues in other Consortia, including NWUPC (North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium) https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members and NEUPC (North East Universities Purchasing Consortium) http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-members) and the following Public Sector bodies https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/suppliers/eligible-public-sector-bodies.php

The purpose of the agreement is to act as a one stop shop for all paints including specialist paint products, coatings, and painting and decorating supplies. Additional paint related services are also included within this framework, however those services do not include the services of painting contractors.
