Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified building contractors who wish to be consider for the removal of c.490 m² of existing prefabricated structures and construction of a new 2911 m² standalone extension to the west of the existing school building, an ESB substation and external stores, new entrance canopy and minor alteration to the layout of the existing school building including M+E services upgrade, 1 no. new hard court, new car parking arrangement, improvements to existing footpaths, roadways and drop off facilities, limited boundary fencing to the front of the school, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. Construction access to the site will be provided through a separate temporary entrance taken off John Street.

The project will be constructed over 3 separate phases.
