Re:allies is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of a range of products that are to be used in the maintenance and construction of commercial and domestic properties. The range of products to be provided under the DPS is set out in the Lot structure described within this notice.

This Lot is for the supply of paint including protective coatings and specialist treatments for use internally and externally.

This Lot is for the supply of personal protective equipment products including but not limited to shoes and boots, high visibility clothing, first aid kit, first aid equipment, fire safety equipment and workwear.

This Lot is for the supply of vinyl and carpet flooring.

This Lot is for the supply of ceramic tiles.

This Lot is for the supply of bricks and blocks including brick slip systems.

This Lot is for the supply of aggregate materials.

This Lot is for the supply of trusses.

This Lot is for the supply of staircases.

This Lot is for the supply of underground drainage equipment and ductwork.

This Lot is for the supply of external building cladding materials applicable for use on all forms of existing and new build properties including high rise, low rise, modular and traditional build. The systems that may be required include composite cladding, rain screen cladding, metal cladding, laminate cladding, fibre cement cladding, timber cladding systems and support structures.

This Lot is for the supply of internal doors including door sets.

This Lot is for the supply of internal fire doors including door sets.

This Lot is for the supply of door furniture and ironmongery.

This Lot is for the supply of landscaping products including but not limited to decorative aggregates, soil compost and bark.

This Lot is for the supply of fencing and gates.

This Lot is for the supply of metal gates and railings.

This Lot is for the supply of timber products including but not limited to decking, sawn timber, planed timber, skirting board and architrave, mouldings, laminate and real wood flooring, tongue and grooved flooring, CLS studwork timber, timber cladding and window board.

This Lot is for the supply of timber materials including but not limited to plywood, medium density fibreboard (MDF), CaberDek (or equivalent).
