SLHD require a provider who can provide a health plan that can be immediately accessed by all SLHD staff from contract commencement, and SLHD require that all new starters to the company will have access to the Health Plan from day 1 of their employment.
SLHD would require the successful provider to attend an organisational induction across the various sites and at least 1 further drop in day per site for employees to discuss health plans and ask any questions on a 1-2-1 basis. There will also be a requirement to attend the SLHD staff conference, which is an annual event spread over 3 days.
