The basic tender amount of the framework agreement is estimated at € 4,257,900.00. For the contract in question, the costs of security, pursuant to art. 26 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/08, are equal to zero.

Atac, during the period of validity of the framework agreement, will entrust the supply of n. 205,200,000 magnetic securities through the conclusion of application contracts due to the needs of Atac that will mature no later than the period of validity of the framework agreement, to the same agreements, prices and conditions.

The first application contract, which will be signed indicatively within 90 days of the framework agreement, provides for an order of n. 51,300,000 travel tickets, equal to € 1,064,475.00 and will last until the supply is exhausted.

No later than four years of validity of the framework agreement, the successful tenderer will remain obliged to sign the additional application contracts under the same agreements, prices and conditions.

If the entire supply programme is not concluded at the end of the framework agreement, the supplier is excluded from the recognition of any sum by way of expenses incurred and/or loss of earnings and/or compensation and/or for any other reason, except for the right to payment only for the services actually performed.

If, on the other hand, the amount of the framework agreement is fully used through application contracts before expiry, the Framework Agreement will lose its effectiveness.

Pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of Legislative Decree 56/2017, in the amount of the contract there are no labor costs, since it is a supply only contract, pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Prices will be revised in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
