The subject of the order is a successive, timetable service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from residents from the Wiskitki Municipality, followed by transport of these waste and its development in accordance with the provisions of the municipal waste management law. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Wiskitki municipality between 1 March 2022 and 29 February 2024r, in a manner ensuring that the appropriate levels are achieved recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limitation of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), Resolution No 3/19 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmik of 22 January 2019 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 (PGO WM 2024), Resolution No 4/19 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 and Resolution No 91/19 Sejmik of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of 18 June 2019 amending the resolution on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024, Resolution No 88 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2016 on the National Waste Management Plan 2022 together with Resolution No 57 of the Council Ministers of 6 May 2021 amending the resolution on the National Waste Management Plan 2022, as well as Resolution No. 51/XXII/20 of the Wiskitka Municipality Council of 13 August 2020 on the adoption of “Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of Wiskitki Municipality” (Journal of Laws, Journal of Urz. Woj. Maz. of 1 September 2020 item .9116), resolution no. 67/XXXV/21 of the Wiskitki City and Municipality Council of 10 November 2021 amending the resolution on the adoption of “Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of Wiskitki Municipality” and resolution no. 52/XXII/20 of the Wiskitki Municipality Council on 13 August 2020 in determining the detailed manner and scope of provision of services for the receipt of municipal waste from property owners and management of such waste, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the owner of the property (Journal of Laws. Woj. Maz. of 1 September 2020 item .9117) and Resolution No 68/XXXV/21 of the Wiskitki City and Municipality Council of 10 November 2021 amending the resolution on the definition of the detailed method and scope of provision of services for the receipt of municipal waste from property owners and use of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the owner of the property for the management of municipal waste.
Waste collection equipment: containers, containers and bags that will be set up at waste collection sites are provided by the Contractor (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions).
