the present contract is a single market, its object is the execution of the following services: Urban and social project management for the relocation of the inhabitants of the cities mont-Lucas and Zéphir in French Guiana. The services are defined and specified in the Special Technical Specifications

the purpose of this consultation is to appoint a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for accompanying the inhabitants in the relocation process. The MOUS will make it possible, after prior investigations, to define a rehousing plan in line with the wishes of the inhabitants and the housing offer. This phased relocation plan will aim to carry out the urban renewal of the Mont-Lucas and Zéphir districts.
