Object planning services for buildings and interiors, LPH 6 to 9, for the new construction of the St. Anna kindergarten in Rattenkirchen

The subject of the present tender are object planning services (buildings and interiors) within the meaning of Part 3, Section 1 HOAI - LPH 6 to 9 - for the new construction of the kindergarten St. Anna in Rattenkirchen.

The present construction project is the new construction of a three-group day care center at Klebingerstrasse 7 in Rattenkirchen. At the future location of the kindergarten there is already a single-storey building which is to be demolished.

The kindergarten consists of a crèche group in the eastern part of the building and two kindergarten groups on the west side in separate group areas with associated ancillary, rest and sanitary rooms. The rooms in the north wing, such as kitchen, multipurpose room and staff room, can be used jointly.

The extensive ground-floor construction volume is covered by the interpretation of the traditional saddle roof, which both connects and visually separates the three essential components (kindergarten, connection/entrance building, nursery). The non-uniform roof line gives the façade a movement and liveliness. It serves as a distinctive feature and symbol of the individuality of a day care center.
