Det Norske Teatret (DNT), hereinafter referred as the awarding authority, invites bidders to an open tender competition for the procurement / replacement of the existing refrigerating machines with new machines that will connect to the existing piping and dry coolers.

The acquisition includes Contract 370-01/02 which consists of the replacement of two refrigerating machines for ice water and the adaptation to the existing piping for the dry coolers and ice water circuits, assembly installation services and delivery in connection with the disassembling, transportation removal and handling of the existing machines and any other waste related to them, the transport assembly and start-up, adjustment,, plus all associated electrical work and automatic controls. The replacement of existing pumps will be included as an option.

Existing refrigeration machines shall be transported away and disposed of in accordance with current legislation and waste management regulations.

The work will be performed primarily in the first half of 2013 and testing complete and aligned before the period of needed cooling occurs. The awarding authorities schedule of work is based on the following assumptions:

— submission of bids: 3.12.2012,

— contract award: 17.12.2012,

— construction period 21.1.- 15.4.2013.
