The assignment includes, on behalf of Region Sörmland, delivering and administering a complete parking solution in accordance with section 3.3 for parking at the properties Nyköpings lasarett (NLN), Regionkansliet Nyköping (RK) and Mälarsjukhuset Eskilstuna (MSE) according to the attached appendices "maps".
At the start of the contract, there will be 10 parking meters at Mälarsjukhuset, 5 at Nyköpingslassarett and 1 at the regional office.
The decision to introduce fees for parking at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm (KSK) will be made in the autumn of 2023, which means 4 parking meters. If fees are introduced according to the decision, this will mean that Katrineholm is covered by the same complete parking solution as in Nyköping and Eskilstuna from the start of the agreement
The total value of requested services during the current contract period, including any options, is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 8 million.
Delivery and administration of a complete parking solution for parking around Nyköping Hospital/Central Administration and Mälarsjukhuset. The parking solution includes, among other things, delivery, installation and commissioning of parking meters, customer service, system maintenance and parking monitoring.
Extent

At the moment there are 4 existing parking meters at Nyköping Hospital. Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna has 9 existing parking meters, all of these will be replaced with new parking meters that the supplier owns, provides and manages for Region Sörmland.
At the start of the contract, there will be 10 parking meters at Mälarsjukhuset, 5 at Nyköpingslassarett and 1 at the regional office.
The decision to introduce fees for parking at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm (KSK) will be made in the autumn of 2023, which means 4 parking meters. If fees are introduced according to the decision, this will mean that Katrineholm is covered by the same complete parking solution as in Nyköping and Eskilstuna from the start of the contract and will be charged according to the submitted offer prices in 4.1.2. Otherwise, it will be considered an option under paragraph 2 below and charged according to the submission bid prices according to 4.1.3.
All parts described in the documentation shall be covered by the fixed monthly cost submitted in the tender for each service where the buyer does not specify otherwise.
The buyer has the option of the following:
1- delivery of up to 10 additional parking meters with the same scope as described in the tender specifications.
2- complete parking control for parking around Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm according to section 3.3 if Region Sörmland decides to introduce parking fees.

The total value of requested services during the current contract period, including any options, is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 8 million.
The data is based on the previous year's purchase volumes as well as an estimate of upcoming needs. Any guarantee of obtaining certain volume is not given.
