Ystadbostäder intends to construct / commence approximately 120 - 180 new apartments divided into 3 - 4 sub-projects within a 4-year period and intends to ensure that the completion of the apartments takes into account the prevailing market conditions. The sub-projects are of varying size, between 25 - 60 apartments / projects with possibly associated premises.
The target rent for the apartments is approximately SEK 1,700 / m2 BOA. The above is hereby procured collectively through a strategic collaboration ”procurement. The client intends to purchase a contractor.
Sub-project 1 includes new construction of apartment buildings within Kv. Kokillen 1 and 2, Edvinshem, 2 pcs. oval buildings (52 lgh total). System documents and building permits clear. The challenge in this project is to manage the economy and to change the entrance to Gjuterigatan. The entrance will be carried out on behalf of the municipality of Ystad but is part of the project.
Sub-project 2 includes new construction of apartment buildings within Kv. The mother exit 1, two pcs. point house with 25 lgh / house. System and building permit documents are almost complete, but have been paused while waiting for a collaboration contractor.
Sub-project 3 includes new construction of apartment buildings within Kv. Abraham's field. Only detailed plan exists. Ystadbostäder has a framework agreement with a number of architects, the project jointly decides who will be allowed to draw.
Cooperation
The projects will place great demands on the project organization's skill and experience. Against this background, the projects will be implemented in the collaborative form "strategic collaboration" and in serial production through the utilization of organization and system thinking in several projects in succession. The basic idea is transparency in the dialogue between all parties and the awarding of good initiatives as well as clear determination.
