Ringsted District Heating wants new district heating supply of Benløse and Kærup Industrial Park. The project involves the construction of more than 30 km of new district heating pipes, including two crossings of the motorway and a new heating station. The heating station to be built is currently planned to be located in Kærup Industrial Park and will contain a boiler plant of 12 MW. The fuel for this boiler plant will be straw. This
Tenders deal with the construction of the boiler plant itself. Ringsted District Heating will then offer the building itself, in which the boiler plant will be installed.
The delivery includes the complete delivery, assembly and connection as well as testing and commissioning of a new straw-fired boiler plant with thermal performance of 12 MW fully completed for operation, including the following specified lots and partial deliveries:
- Automatic crane site, incl. communication module for safety avalanches and SRO
- Fuel firing plants
- Boiler with combustion grate and necessary auxiliary and safety equipment
- Forbrændingsluft- og røggasblæsere
-Cyclone
- Flue gas cleaning plants, including DeNOx and preparation for desulphurisation
- Combustion air ducts and silencers
- Flue gas ducts, chimney and necessary silencers
- Asketransportsystem
- Pipe and pump installation in pump rooms with district heating pumps and connection to heat accumulator, including shut-off valves with the possibility of expansion of 12 MW
- Complete control system of straw boiler plant, exclusive. pump control of mains pumps and VAK. Programming of SRO installations into existing platform, including images.
- Wiring as well as control and integration of crane control, including safety circuit and boiler, including integration of display in SRO.
- Assistance with construction design and participation in construction and safety meetings for the entire heating plant
- Electrical delivery and installation work
- Compressed air installations
- Rørinstallationer
- Complete galleries of site access for operations and maintenance activities
- Complete carrier steel deliveries for support and suspension of plant supplies, including equipment, components, etc.
- Commissioning and handing over of the plant
- Design and preparation of documentation material
- Complete CE marking of the delivered plant, including risk assessment, including integration with the Client delivery
- Training of operating staff
- Verification of guaranteed benefits and emissions etc. are complied with

Ringsted District Heating has chosen not to divide this contract into separate contracts, as the service, for market and economic reasons, only makes sense to tender as a whole. Ringsted District Heating has already divided the heating station itself into several tenders, as the present tender concerns the construction of the boiler plant itself, while a later tender will deal with the building itself in which the boiler plant will be installed.
