This consultation concerns the cleaning of the premises and the glazing of municipal and inter-municipal buildings of the Agglomeration Community of Vesoul (CAV) and the Municipality of Vesoul. This call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. This consultation will be carried out in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. This framework agreement is made in the form of a grouping of orders made up of the following two members:

- Agglomeration community of Vesoul (CAV),

- town of Vesoul.

In this context, the Agglomeration Community of Vesoul (CAV) is appointed coordinator of the group of orders.
