To provide cleaning services to Walsall College.

Walsall College is a state-of-the-art Further and Higher Education College in the West Midlands, providing education for students ranging from 16–18 years old to older mature students. Students are multi-cultural. The Walsall College estate comprises 32 933 m2 of teaching and support space over 6 main campuses, all of which are located in the Borough, close to Walsall Town Centre.

There are approximately 3 800 full time and 2 700 part time students and circa 850 staff attending or employed at the College, which operates predominantly Monday–Friday, but with some weekend opening, over 50 weeks of the year.
