Assistance in Project Management Studies for Infrastructure Development and Optimization of Urban Transport Network Performance

The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts taking the form of purchase orders under the terms of the specifications. It is concluded from the notification of the contract for an initial period of 2 years, renewable once. The start date of the services indicated is estimated. The execution of the services starts from the date of issuance of the first subsequent contract in the form of a purchase order. The services are paid for at unit prices. In an effort to improve the attractiveness of the network, travel times, and the regularity of bus lines on the Fil Bleu network, while controlling operating costs, the SMT wishes to be supported in research and expertise missions (line evolution study, preliminary development study for the evolution of a bus line or section of line or BHNS, performance study of BHNS lines, organization study and development of multimodal exchange hubs). The indicated estimated amount is the maximum exc VAT amount of the framework agreement for all periods included. Maximum exc VAT initial period: 400,000 euro(s) exc VAT renewal period (2 years): 400,000 euro(s) exc VAT
