Replacement construction of component B of the Heinrich-Thein-Schule in Haßfurt (state vocational school centre), object planning building according to part 3, section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, work phases 1 to 9

The district office Haßberge intends a replacement of component B of the Heinrich-Thein-Schule in Haßfurt in the aftermath of the general renovation. This is a vocational school, whereby metal and wood processing is primarily located in the replacement building in question. The Heinrich-Thein-Schule in Haßfurt is centrally located in Haßfurt am Main and consists of several buildings from the 1960s.

The existing buildings, consisting of school buildings A and C, a workshop building in building B, the administration building in building E as well as a cafeteria and an auditorium, have already been completely renovated in recent years, with the exception of component B. The last phase of the renovation is currently underway.

Component B is now to be dismantled in a further construction phase and replaced by a new building, which is the subject of this tender procedure. In this replacement new building, the additional space requirement is to be accommodated, which includes an eligible main usable area of approx. 2,100 m2. The construction project must take place during the ongoing operation of the existing buildings. The costs are currently estimated at approximately 16.2 million euros gross.

The object of the award is the services of the object planning building according to Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, work phases 1 to 9, whereby a step-by-step commissioning is provided.
