The focus of the activities is ecological and pedological construction supervision as well as the fulfillment of the ancillary provisions with regard to nature protection issues and compliance with the Federal Soil Protection Ordinance. This includes the technical coordination, control and monitoring of the participants in the overall project.

The most important aspects are the monitoring of compliance with the ecological and pedological requirements of all applicable regulations (see 3.), the landscaping plan (LPB) and the decision to approve the completion of the completion plan as well as the coordination of the cooperation between builder, planner, AN-Bau and the competent authorities Authorities in the environmentally sound implementation of construction.

The objective is to enforce measures to prevent or minimize interventions in nature and landscape during the construction phase.
