The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of transport and development:

— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste from the site of the transshipment point leased by the Department of Municipal Economy in Golędzinowo (plot no 1/26 AM-1, rv. Golędzinów, gm. Oborniki Śląskie), located in the area of the municipality of Oborniki Śl. together with the provision of containers where they will be prepared for transport to the place of development,

— biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste collected at the municipal site of selective collection of municipal waste in Golędzinowo (hereinafter referred to as “GPSZOK”), together with its equipment with containers and containers (lease of containers and containers).

Unsegregated municipal waste (code: 200301) — 4,190.52 (Mg).

Biodegradable waste — green waste (code: 200201) — 2 321,94 (Mg) + 56,53 (Mg) (green waste from PSOK-u).

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of:

— transport and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste from the site of the transshipment point leased by the Department of Municipal Economy in Golędzinowo (plot no. 1/26 AM-1, within Golędzinów, gm. Oborniki Śląskie), located in the area of the municipality Oborniki Śląskie, together with the provision of containers in which they will be prepared for transport in the place of development,

— the transport and management of biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste collected at the municipal site of selective collection of municipal waste in Golędzinowo (hereinafter referred to as “GPSZOK”), together with its equipment with containers and containers (lease of containers and containers).

The area of the municipality is 153.75 km2.

The number of inhabitants of the municipality covered by the system is: 17,743 (based on the declarations made as of 6 April 2021).

The transhipment point is located on a plot of 1/26 AM-1 belonging to the Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie and leased by the Department of Municipal Economy in Golędzinowo (plot no., within Golędziny, gm. Oborniki Śląskie). The terrain of the point is unpaved.

The municipal selective collection point of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as “GPSZOK”) in Golędzinowo is located on a plot of 1/23 AM-1, within Golędziny, Municipality Oborniki Śląskie. The owner of the land and operator of the site is Gmina Oborniki Śląskie. The GPSZOK area is paved.

Access to both parcels is provided on the north side via the existing exit from the provincial road no. 342 to the municipal road (plots no. 1/7, 2/2, 1/19, and further the inner road).

2) The following waste is to be collected from the land of the transhipment punt and the GPSZOK in Golędzinowo:

- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,

- biodegradable waste (bio waste).

Estimated amount of municipal waste expected for collection from the commune during the contract period:

— waste collected directly from inhabited property:

• unsegregated municipal waste (code: 200301) — 4,190,52 (Mg),

• Biodegradable waste — green waste (code: 200201) — 2 321,94 (Mg),

— waste collected at the site of the GPSZOK:

• Biodegradable waste — green waste (code: 200201) — 56.53 (Mg).

The above quantities of waste are based on reports of operators providing services for the collection of waste from Oborniki Śląskie in 2020.

The amounts of waste given above should be considered as approximate.

3) The execution of the object of the order will be carried out on the basis of a unit order.

(a) The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with information on the necessity of executing the unit order by written, telephone, electronic or fax, as required.

(b) The time limit for implementation of the unit order shall take place up to 2 working days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the order.

(c) Receipt of waste from both the transhipment point and the GPSZOK in Golędzinowo will be carried out from substituted by the Contractor transporting the waste at the site of its development. The Contractor in place of the filled container shall have an obligation to replace the empty one in order to ensure the permanent possibility of placing waste collected from the occupants.

4) From 1 July 2020, segregation of biodegradable waste (biowaste) has been introduced in the municipality, which the inhabitants segregate together with green waste. Property owners can throw into biodegradable waste bags, with particular focus on biowaste, among other things: small branches, leaves, green parts of plants, fruits, vegetables, leftover food (without meat and animal products).

The qualification of waste should be carried out during the receipt of waste in accordance with paragraphs 5 to 7 of the contract, to which the SWZ is annexed.
