the purpose of the contract is the manufacture of cold meals for the portage service of the municipality of Gif-Sur-Yvette. The contract constitutes a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded from the date of its notification, for a period of one (1) year. The contract may be expressly renewed three times for the same period. It is concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro (s) (excl. VAT). The estimated value of purchase order services is 150,000 euro (s) ex VAT per year, or 600,000 euro (s) ex VAT for 4 years
