The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a contract for the provision of services for the design, supply and delivery of restaurant vouchers in the form of a paper chequebook for the City and the CCAS of Wasquehal.

- the estimated number of employees concerned is 413 agents, (370 agents for the city and 43 agents for the CCAS);

- the median forecast number of restaurant vouchers is 60,000 vouchers per year for all eligible agents;

- the 2023 face value of restaurant vouchers is 5.50 euros (five euros and fifty cents);

The face value is subject to change during the market.

The number of restaurant vouchers to be produced for each agent concerned will be a maximum of 228 per year, i.e. an annual volume of 60,000 vouchers for the entire group.

The award of tickets is thus carried out on a variable monthly basis according to the days of presence of the agent, as determined by the contracting authority.

the restaurant vouchers can be used by the titular civil servants, trainees and contract agents of the city and the CCAS of Wasquehal, which represents 413 agents as of September 1, 2022.

it should be noted that the face value of the restaurant voucher will be 5.50 euros, with a minimum participation of the employer up to 50%, from 1 January 2023.

The number of restaurant vouchers to be produced for each agent concerned will be a maximum of 228 per year, i.e. an annual volume of 60 000 vouchers for the whole group. The contract will be executed in the form of a monthly order
