2 heat pump systems with 50 kW each, installation on the roof of the exercise house
Heat end user with heating medium:
- Underfloor heating social area ground floor / upper floor
- Ventilation unit with hot water heating coil for ventilation
- Convection heating coil max 15°C for vehicle hall
Two-wire system welded steel pipe / multilayer composite pipe, carbon steel piping in press connection system for small dimensions.
The heat demand of the building consists of:
• Building heat demand through transmission
• Lüftungswärmebedarf
The total heating capacity is 88 kW. An air-water heat pump system with an output of 100 kW is to be installed as a heat generator. For this purpose, two heat pump systems, each with 50 kW, are to be installed. Thus, a 50% redundancy is also given in the event of a machine failure. The heat pumps will be installed outdoors on the roof of the exercise house.
The following heat end consumers are supplied with heating medium via the individual distributor outlets:
• For the social area ground floor / upper floor a floor heating will be implemented.
• A ventilation unit with hot water heating coil is installed to ventilate the areas.
• The vehicle hall is heated to a maximum of 15 °C by means of circulating air heating coils.
The pipeline network is designed as a two-wire system. Welded steel pipe or multilayer composite pipe is used as piping material. For smaller dimensions, carbon steel piping is also installed in the press connection system.
