The acquisition will be subject to professional information security services from the Student Health Foundation (YTHS). Specialist information security services subject to the acquisition will be divided into administrative and technical areas. The vendor offer includes both aspects.

The bidder shall take into account the fulfillment of Annexes 2-5 and the return of the attachments with the offer.

The issue is an indefinite contract, rather than a 48 month contract period, as may be the case with the Mercell system.
