The municipality intends to conclude a new agreement for a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DAS) for .b hiring staff.

The municipality needs a digital platform that unburdens the

efficient and lawful hiring of staff. To give substance to this, the municipality wants to purchase a web-based dynamic purchasing system. This public European tender is intended to contract a supplier who sets up, maintains, provides full support and who contracts for hires within the DAS, even if the value of the contracts exceeds the European threshold for services.
