The desired result of this project is a new contract with a broker for the provision of the Hardware, technical support, advice and implementation services, lifecycle management, stock and return process around GIVA. The Broker provides the above services for the current and future installed-base.

In the Schedule of Requirements (Annex 11, tab Portfolio Installed Base) a total overview has been added.
