Planning services of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, AG 4+5, Lph 1-8

The Schubertstraße daycare center consists of 3 mixed-age groups, 4 elementary groups and 2 after-school care groups. In the current kindergarten year, 142 children are cared for in the daycare center. The building of the daycare center has been in use since 1972. Around 1991, further groups were added. The daycare center is generally in great need of renovation and no longer meets today's requirements for a modern daycare center. The daycare center does not have all the prescribed rooms or rooms of the specified minimum size. To this end, the building is to be expanded and the existing building modernized. The current usable area is 740m². The need for expansion space is 570m².

For the expansion, the costs of the cost groups 200-700 were estimated at € 2.864 million gross.

For the modernization, the costs of the cost groups 200-700 were estimated at € 3.287 million gross.

For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which provide the performance profile of specialist planning technical equipment,

plant group 4 high voltage systems,

Plant group 5 Telecommunications and IT equipment,

according to HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past. Work phases 1-8 are to be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
