The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of information and promotional articles for the MFiPR.

The description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to

in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act. The contracting authority reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the contractor.
