Due to maintaining uniformity of lighting fittings on the streets and maintaining lighting parameters, it is advisable to use:
1. LED luminaires of the Ampera Mini type from Schreder and of the DigiStreet type from Philips or equivalent that meet the following parameters:
Requirements for LED fittings / equivalence conditions:
a) the luminaire should have a degree of protection against dust and water penetration not less than IP 66 and be equipped with a system regulating the pressure inside and outside the luminaire, which minimizes the phenomenon of steam condensation, resistance to atmospheric factors;
b) the body of the luminaire made of die-cast aluminum with very high impact resistance min. IK 08;
c) the lampshade should be made of flat, tempered glass (impact resistance min. IK 08);
d) if the luminaire is equipped with an external heat sink to dissipate heat emitted by LEDs, it is required that the design of the heat sink allows free drainage of water and dirt deposited on the luminaire;
e) the luminaire mounting mandrel should allow luminaire inclination adjustment;
f) elements fixing the luminaire on a pole, extension arm (screws, washers) should be made of stainless steel and guarantee stable installation;
g) the luminaire should be equipped with an LED panel equipped with LEDs emitting 4100K +/- 200K light color and a color rendering index of Ra min. 70;
h) the LED panel should be equipped with a terminal block, which in case of failure should allow its quick replacement. The LED panel should be an integral whole and not be separated into individual modules connected with solder connections;
i) the luminaire should be equipped with a group of lenses shaping road distribution. Each LED on the LED panel should have an individual optical element with the same characteristics, so that if one of the diodes burns out, only the luminous flux emitted by the luminaire should change, not the light distribution (uniformity of lighting should be maintained over the entire surface of the illuminated road);
j) the luminaire should be equipped with a power supply (controller) enabling in the future integration of the power reduction system and individual management of each luminaire's work and collecting information;
