The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of harvesting and ripping of timber, forest farming, conservation, conservation forest, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as trees and maintenance of tourist facilities to be carried out in the Jamy Forest District in the year 2022.

1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of harvesting and ripping of timber, forest farming, forest protection, nature protection, fire protection of the forest, as well as trees and maintenance of tourist facilities to be carried out in the Jamy Forest District in the year 2022.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of logging and breaking of timber, forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as tree-making and maintenance of tourist facilities resulting from

Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by action groups, actions

and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. - statement of items with planned protection of airstrikes

and subgrowths

Annex No 3.7. - statement of expected quantities of seeds and place of harvesting

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. - 3.7. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 95/2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Toruń on the establishment of the standard of technology for the implementation and reception of regional forestry works based on Decision No 19 of the Director General of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology of the implementation of forest works” in the organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.
