The city of Homburg intends to build a new day care center in the district of Jägersburg in the ́Ringtausch ́ with the senior citizens and youth club.
Scope of the planned measure:
The construction task is divided into 2 parts which are to be planned and carried out coherently.
a) Conversion with conversion, modernization, repair of a former school building (currently used in parts as a meeting place for seniors and young people) to a kindergarten, including the production of space in the outdoor area as exercise areas (protected area).
b) Conversion with conversion and renovation of the current KIGA building including redivision of the outdoor area. The senior citizens' and youth club is to be set up here.
The execution is planned in 2 consecutive construction phases:
1st construction phase: Conversion of the former school building into a day care centre with completion of the relocation of the day-care centre
2. Construction waste: Conversion of the kindergarten, which is then empty after the 1st construction waste,
Architectural services according to HOAI § 33 ff and outdoor facilities according to HOAI § 38The services to be awarded are architectural services according to HOAI § 33 ff. and outdoor facilities according to HOAI § 38.
The assignment takes place in stages. In the first stage, the services up to performance phase 3 are awarded according to HOAI.
The estimated construction costs KG 200 -700 are estimated at the following sums (all figures gross):
Day care center approx. € 2.7 million
Senior and youth club approx. € 0.55 million
Special requirements exist for this construction project due to the conversion of existing buildings.
Specialist planning Technical equipment according to HOAI § 53The services to be awarded are specialist planning services of technical equipment in accordance with HOAI § 53 para. 2.
