THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT is the implementation of the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate covered by the municipal waste management system in the Commune of Dobra, which, in accordance with the Resolution of the Commune Council of Dobra No. XVII/241/2020 on the decision on the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, include:
• real estate owned and owned by the Commune of Dobra or its organizational units;
• leased or rented by the Commune of Dobra;
• owned by the Municipal Centre for Culture and Libraries in Dobra.

The subject of the contract was divided into parts that correspond to individual sectors on the basis of the resolution of the Commune Council of Dobra No. XIX/269/2012 of 29 November 2012 on the division of the area of the Commune of Dobra into sectors:
PART I - collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate covered by the municipal waste management system in the Commune of Dobra, located in sector I (includes the areas of the village: Mierzyn, Skarbimierzyce, Redlica, Dołuje, Kościno, Wąwelnica, Lubieszyn).

PART II - collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate covered by the municipal waste management system in the Commune of Dobra, located in sector II (includes the areas of the villages: Bezrzecze, Dobra, Wołczkowo, Grzepnica, Płochocin, Sławoszewo, Buk, Łęgi, Rzędziny, Stolec).
