St Paul’s School invites tenders from suitably qualified consultants for appointment to the design team for a new single-storey extension to replace existing temporary accommodation to include enclosed linkage to existing building, external hard and soft play areas, play equipment, a sensory garden, car parking and set down arrangements.

This tender is for a full design team, i.e. individual appointments for each consultancy discipline required for the project.

The Department of Education and Skills has approved an all-in grant for the provision of a new single-storey extension to replace existing temporary accommodation to include enclosed linkage to existing building, external hard and soft play areas, play equipment, a sensory garden, car parking and set down arrangements. This grant must be used to build a permanent structure which should be positioned where it will not interfere with any future development at the school. It is a matter for the Client and its design team to assess where to locate the extension.
