The municipality of Eching intends to build a new municipal subsidized (KommWFP) housing building in Böhmerwaldstraße in Eching.
The municipal council has defined a housing mix for residential use according to the following distribution:
25% Zweizimmerwohnungen
40% Dreizimmerwohnungen
30% Vierzimmerwohnungen
5% Fünfzimmerwohnungen
In accordance with the requirements of the funding provider, the provisions of the KommWFP and WfB2012 must be complied with, in accordance with these requirements, reference is made in particular to compliance with accessibility in accordance with DIN 18040 (2).
The car parking spaces (and bicycle parking spaces) required by the municipal parking regulations must be taken into account in an underground car park. It should be noted that the underground car park will be structurally connected to the neighbouring residential complex.
In the interests of sustainability, the municipality intends to realize the floors from the ground floor as a timber or wood hybrid construction method.
In the course of the first planning steps, a decision template regarding the construction method (solid; wood; wood hybrid) must be prepared by the contractor and submitted to the municipality for decision.
The building will be realized on the property with the plot numbers 1022/16, on Böhmerwaldstraße.
For this purpose, the municipality has signed the development plan no. 72.
Accordingly, this must be fully taken into account for the planning of the measure.
