The City of Turku Strategic Procurement is requesting bids for group charter services for minibuses, buses and city buses to be purchased for use by various City of Turku offices and Turku Touring Oy for the period 1.8.2020 (target) - 31.7.2022. The Agreement may be renewed by the Subscriber on the original terms with two (2) one (1) year warrants for the period 1.8.2022 - 31.7.2023 and 1.8.2023 - 31.7.2024.
The acquisition is divided into three (3) sub-entities:
1. Group charter, minibuses (coaches)
2. Group charter services, buses (coaches)
3. Group charter services, (city buses).
The estimated value of the acquisition, excluding VAT, is approximately EUR 235,000 / year for the City of Turku and approximately EUR 20,000 / year for Turku Touring. The customer does not commit to a specific shipment quantity or value during the contract period.
