The provision (including the installation and commissioning) of blood glucose meters and ketone meters for various departments of the CHU de Liège (including treatment rooms, surgery, sampling centers, polyclinic) on the site of Sart Tilman (ST), Notre-Dame des Bruyères (NDB), Esneux (ESN), Ougrée (OUG), Notre Dame des Anges, the Neurological Neurological Center of Fraiture (CNRF) and Brull (BR) and institutional sampling sites, allowing to carry out the measurement of glucose and ketone bodies on whole blood and self-monitoring blood glucose meters as well as the maintenance of these meters in total guarantee, quality controls and all consumables and reagents necessary for the analyzes carried out in the various departments for a period of 4 years.

This contract is structured in 2 lots:

LOT 1: Professional blood glucose meters and small devices

autoglycemia

LOT 2: Ketonemia readers

In the event of any discrepancy between the .pdf model and the .doc model, the first document (.pdf model) prevails.
