Passed according to the procedure of the open tender provided for in articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code, the consultation aims at the conclusion of contracts aimed at the purchase of maintenance services for the intrusion alarm systems of the employment center sites of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The procurement shall be concluded with a single holder and shall take the form of a lump sum contract for the performance of recurring preventive maintenance and advisory services; as well as the form of a framework agreement giving rise to subsequent contracts without minimum and with a maximum for curative and ad hoc maintenance services such as these services are described in the Functional and Technical Specification (CCFT). The effective date of the public procurement is fixed on 1.1.2022.
