Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the Transport and Communication Department (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) shall procure a new route planning system.
A modern route planning system must be procured. The system shall be used for planning routes and maintenance of the route table database. The system must have an integrated map module. The system must handle scheduled transport by different types of public transport (e.g. buses, express boats, ferries, vehicles, trains and aircraft), The system must generate relevant data as a basis for tender packages and generate the correct production data for use in production calculations, as well as providing high quality information to the public.
The contract period for the system delivery with an agreement for service and maintenance is 4 years. Option for 2 years extension for 3 periods. The maximum contract period is 10 years.

It must be possible to import data (RegTop) from the current route planning system to a new system.
The system should have the flexibility to manage route data, where you also can inform users that single tours are booked tours. Great flexibility will be required of the supplier and the system as the Contracting Authority requires that the delivered systems should result in increased mobility for the County's inhabitants and other visitors.
The supplier must submit tenders for the delivery of an adequate system and a separate service and maintenance agreement.
The supplier is obliged to co-operate and relate to the at any time prevailing contracts that the Contracting Authority has with other suppliers. The supplier may be required to make direct contact with other suppliers or collaborating partners of the Contracting Authority (other management companies, ticket system suppliers, EnTur, real-time suppliers, etc. The list is not exhaustive.)
The estimated value of the contract is NOK 5 500 000, including a service agreement for 10 years. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
