The subject of the contract is the provision of medical security services for the operation of the airport in the 12th BBSP in accordance with the instructions for the organization of flights in the aviation of the Polish Armed Forces (RL-2016, IOL-2016) chapter 3 airport logistics § 27 medical security of the airport including medical security of flights performed at the airport 12. BBSP in Mirosławiec, and security program training implemented in the 12th BBSP in 2019 (i.e. OPBMR training, exams in physical education, shooting training).
The subject of the contract is the provision of medical security services for the operation of the airport in the 12th BBSP in accordance with the instructions for the organization of flights in the aviation of the Polish Armed Forces (RL-2016, IOL-2016) chapter 3 airport logistics § 27 medical security of the airport including medical security of flights performed at the airport 12. BBSP in Mirosławiec, and security program training implemented in the 12th BBSP in 2019 (i.e. OPBMR training, exams in physical education, shooting training). Medical support will be implemented by a team consisting of a doctor, paramedic and rescuer-driver, equipped with a sanitary vehicle (knowledge of the area topography and access roads to hospitals in Wałcz, Drawsko Pomorskie). A sanitary vehicle must meet the technical and quality features specified in Polish standards transposing European harmonized standards. The current standard in this respect is: Polish Standard PN-EN 1789: 2015 "Medical vehicles and their equipment - road ambulances". This standard specifies the requirements for the construction, testing, performance and equipment of road ambulances used for the transport and care of patients, as well as the requirements for the patient compartment. The Polish Standard PN-EN 1789: 2015 defines the requirements for the category of road ambulances determined on the basis of the increasing level of treatment that can be performed. Therefore, the ambulance that will secure the medical airport in Mirosławiec must be a "C" ambulance. The sanitary vehicle must have the consent of the competent Ministry for the use of light and sound signals. The contracting authority allows the use of equivalent standards.
Type C: mobile intensive care unit, ambulance service - road ambulance constructed and equipped for transport, advanced treatment and patient monitoring. Requirements for medical equipment of a specialized means of transport are included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract. All quality standards related to the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 5 to the ToR - Draft contract.
The medical security time is from Monday to 8:00 to Friday 20:00, with the proviso that it may be extended to 7 days a week, depending on the needs and at the request of the Employer.
