Bioforsk is a research institute with expertise at a high international level within agriculture, food production, plant health, the environment and resource management. Bioforsk also focuses on research based innovation and value creation. Sustainable resource use is a fundamental premise. Bioforsk has seven research centres with approx. 450 employees and departments nationwide. Bioforsk, hereafter called the contracting authority, is organised under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (LMD) as an administrative body with special powers.

Bioforsk runs two canteens in Ås in Akershus and one conference centre in Svanhovd, in Pasvik. Bioforsk would like to enter into a framework agreement for all procurements of food and drink products for the canteens and conference centre. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the contract. Tenderers must be a total supplier for these types of deliveries and shall have a very broad product assortment to offer the contracting authority, independent of whether a tender is submitted for part 1 or part 2 of the contract.
