concerns 14 kilometres of banks that need to be made future-proof. The current

riparian devices consist of unanchored and anchored concrete sheet piling, anchored

wooden sheet piling and a small part steel sheet piling.

The creation of the design and specifications will take place in a construction team. The province,

Engineering firm and contractor all participate in this. The province and the contractor

provide advice on the design and engineering choices. The province is looking for a

optimal solution in which sustainability, safety and costs are in balance.

The design work will be carried out under a construction team agreement on

basis of the model construction team agreement of Bouwend Nederland 2021. The

Execution work can be assigned as an option to the contractor if in advance

agreement is reached between the contraaing authority and the contraaor on the price of the Work

all this in compliance with the construction team agreement. Execution takes place

based on the UAV 2012
