The subject of the contract includes the development of projects and the delivery, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic (PV) systems in residential buildings for the purpose of
the acquisition of electricity, in the territory of the municipality Wielka Nieszawka, according to the following list:
— PV installation with a power min. 2,72 kWp — 16 pcs. ,
— PV installation with a power min. 3.06 kWp — 3 pcs. ,
— PV installation with a power of min 3.40 kWp — 10 pcs. ,
— PV installation with a power min 4.08 kWp — 16 pcs. ,
— PV installation with a power of min 4,76 kWp — 7 pcs. ,
— PV installation with a power of min 5,44 kWp — 40 pcs.

2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by the Functional Utility Programme (hereinafter referred to as' PFU ') annexed to this specification.
3. The Contractor is obliged to notify each installation to the operator of the distribution system.
4. The Contractor who submitted the most advantageous offer shall submit, at the request of the contractor, the catalog cards of the offered equipment, for confirmation
fulfilment of the conditions set out in the PFU
5. The risk of correctness of determination of the item and the costs of execution of the subject of the contract shall be borne
6. Assembly work must be carried out in accordance with the construction art and technical documentation of the manufacturer.
