The planned construction project at the Ebendorfer Chaussee junction consists of the dismantling of existing tram tracks, the completion of a double-track partial quadrangle (switch heads west and south) and the laying of tram tracks for reconnection to the west.

For the construction of the tram line, existing road traffic facilities and supply lines must be relocated or adapted.

The construction project includes the following measures:

• Installation of the double-track west end for a partial track quadrangle

• Installation of the double-track south end for a partial track quadrangle, including the

Completion of all core elements and intermediate rails, so that the square

is passable.

• Reconstruction of an approx. 132 m long track section in the Ebendorfer Chaussee,

including technical equipment

• New construction of an approx. 25 m long track section in Milchweg, including

technical equipment

• New construction of two stops

Adaptation of a traffic light system at the junction

• Renewal or adaptation of street lighting

• Relocation or re-routing of power lines and RW ducts

• Mast positions for a catenary system (the construction of the actual FL
