This service contract is a framework agreement for the purpose of carrying out soil studies, monitoring remediation works and establishing Land Quality Reports (RQT) by certified experts in polluted soil management. . All the sites investigated will be located in the Walloon Region.

In this context, service providers may be required to carry out:

- preliminary studies,

- orientation studies,

- characterisation studies (including risk studies),

- combined studies,

- sanitation projects,

- the supervision of acts and works of remediation of the land,

- final evaluations,

- land quality reports (RQT).

Approved experts may also be asked to carry out exploratory studies and specific expertise.
