The objective of this procurement procedure is to establish a framework service contract for the execution of construction and refurbishment services in and around the premises of EMSA in Lisbon.

EMSA intends to conclude a multiple FWC with up to three (3) economic operators. The contract will be both a ‘cascade’ and a ‘reopening of competition’ multiple framework service contract (for details please refer to the FWC template). The cascade mechanism will apply to all requests for services with a value below EUR 100 000,00. The reopening of competition mechanism will apply to all requests for services with a value as from EUR 100 000,00.
