1. The subject of the order is the cashless purchase of fuels (unleaded petrol, diesel) in accordance with:

• requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015 item 1680), Polish Standards PN-EN ISO 4259: 2009, EN 590: 2009 + A1 : 2010, EN 228: 2008,

• European approvals,

• quality certificate

Non-fuel products (including engine oils, operating fluids, light bulbs, car cosmetics), as well as washing services for company vehicles, using fuel cards.

2. Number of fuel cards required by the Ordering Party: 180 pcs. - numbered, secured with a PIN code.

Anticipated amounts of fuels the Employer intends to purchase during the term of the contract:

- unleaded petrol - Pb 95 - 167 000 liters, Pb 98 - 10,000 liters

- diesel - 175,000 liters.

The values provided are estimates and do not constitute the Employer's obligation as to the size of the contract.
