Task No. 1: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok managed by ZMK in Białystok - residential, utility and evicted buildings. Task No. 2: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok managed by ZMK in Białystok - residential, utility and displaced buildings. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 5.2 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) respectively for task No. 2

Task No. 3: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok managed by ZMK in Białystok - commercial buildings (health clinics). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 5.3 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) respectively for task No. 3.
